Thermal paper is especially for Thermal printer and Thermal electrograph, the quality of paper will affect the printing quality and save time directly, even affect the life of printer and electrograph. In Currently market,the good and bad thermal paper are intermingled, and also, our Country have not issuance standard, most of users don't know how to distinguish the quality of thermal paper, this will make convenience for some suppliers produce the bad quality thermal paper, induce users damnify, normally, shorten save time, writing blur, badly, it will mangle printer. this article will show you how to distinguish the quality of thermal printer, in order to avoid to be caught with chaff again. Thermal paper is divided into three floor, the bottom floor is basic paper, the second floor is thermal coat, the third floor is protect floor, the second and thired floor is the primary factor of affect the quality.
If thermal paper's coat is asymmetrical, when it print, it will induce the colour of somewhere are undertone, but somewhere are fuscous, printing quality falling down very obviously, if chymic directions of thermal coat is without reason, will induce sorten save time of printing paper, good quality printing paper after printing, can save(in the condition of normal temperature, abstain sunlight irradiation directly) five years, not some thermal peinter can save 10 years, but if thermal coat's directions withput reacon, it just can be saved for several months.
The protect coat is very important for save time after printing also, it can absorb some part of ray which will induce thermal coat occur chymic reaction, delay printing paper metamorphose, and it can protect printer's thermal element are not damnify, but if protect coat is asymmetrical, not only debase the protection to thermal coat, and even during printing, it will appear small grain of protect coat fall off. Rub printer's thermal element, induce the damnify of printer thermal element.
Label paper must be layed in a circumstance which temperature is 15℃～32℃, and humidity is 40%～70%, and must be used after produced one year. After leaving the factory, must try to adopt dampproof membrane or resemble packaging earlier, in order to dampproof. Printing quality of cut line maybe will debase. Therefore, should avoid printing at the cut line. For printing precision, should set aside 2mm frame. If label and the quality and thickness of back page is not enough, fixation heat up will curl paper. In order to avoid this case, label and back page should use statice printing paper, this kind of paper will not have curliness obvious when it be heat up. If label paper stack too high, the bond of bottom paper will possibly extrude by stack weight. Hence, should consult paper manufacturer, the most stack high.
